I'm not usually one for the RIP threads, unless it's someone that played a significant part in my life, and I hadn't even heard of Israel Kristal.
However as the world's oldest man and a survivor of 2 world wars and Auschwitz his passing seems worthy of note and perhaps a rousing round of applause; it puts quite a lot into perspective really.
