I've just bought a Ridgemonkey toastie maker and a small gas stove for cooking on the river bank when out on a paddleboarding trip. This morning was cheese and tomato toasties but I'm sure the folk of STW can do better. Hit me up with your cookery ideas. I'd prefer vegetarian if possible please.

Only really use it for toasties or omelettes - 5 eggs is my record.
Good bit of kit though.

Toasties
Naan bread
And loads of non vegetarian stuff.
It's really versatile
