So, I bought a Pace digibox as a direct replacement for my constantly freezing Panasonic model.
It finds a few channels ok, but most like BBC2, Ch4 etc. comes up with the message:
[i]"FOR YOUR INFORMATION 30
There is a technical fault with this channel
Please try later"

Any ideas before I start calling Sky???

It needs to be resest, suggest a google or flick around the menus and see what you can find.

probably your region settings, a reboot of the box will probably fix that
