I know it's bad for you. It's tastes pretty gross. But when I drink a can my concentration is vastly improved, my thoughts are clearer and I work so much better. It can't be just the caffeine, coffee doesn't have the same effect.. What is it?

Theres lots of stuff that has a similar effect to taurine - read the labels on some of the other energy drinks , they usually contain any or all of Cortexiphan, Melatropin, Polydichloric euthimal, Somnacin, Timoxeline barbebutenol, Vitameatavegamin, or Fukitol
Does anyone else enjoy the same benefits? I'm a software developer, so it's the perfect storm of sedentary job and poor diet....
