I love these threads... top link from noteeth, good stuff! Benjamin Vial, just checked out a few tracks on Youtube, very nice! Personally I can't get enough of Deadmau5 at the moment, but don't know if that's 'dirty techno' or not, probably more trance or progressive I think?

Alex Di Stefano might be worth a look too...
