I've seen the Homedics ones and they seem pretty good...

Can anyone recommend one, mainly for tight shoulders/back/neck.

I got one of the Homedics ones for my missus at chrimbo. This one in fact:

HoMedics SBM-500HA-3GB which is £100 from Amazon

I was sceptical but it's pretty good. The back bits move up/down, in/out as they massage, and they are heated. But I did find the neck/shoulder massager was too low for my neck and the adjustment doesn't go far enough to reach it.

Not sure it is any substitute for a proper physio, but it certainly helps with a bit of basic relaxation.
