U'm meant to be getting a train from Radley, change at Didcot Parkway to go to Cardiff. Not really a problem, apart from the fact that I will be trying to get on the train between 8.30 - 9 am on a Monday morning with a fully laden touring bike (panniers etc).

Does anyone get these trains around this time in the morning (the Cardiff train is also the one to Bristol) - how busy are they? Would I be able to get on with a touring bike / panniers etc?

Cheers!

Damn I thought you were a real life woman who lived near Didcot.
I'll see if anyone at work uses the train at those times.

I imagine it won't be too busy. London commuters will be gone and most people coming to Didcot drive.

I doubt it would be a problem, its only 1 stop to Didcot, you could just stand by the doors with the bike.
The Bristol train shouldnt be too busy and it should have a proper guards van too.
