I bought a thing from a seller on Amazon. I've not got it yet, but the tracking system is saying that it's delivered and signed for.
Whose responsibility? Me, seller, Amazon, courier?

Ta muchly, that was what I thought. They've fobbed me off and told me to contact the courier.
