The successful bidder on a pair of skins compression tights has just emailed me to say he doesn't want the item anymore because he has checked the size and they're too small for him. What options have I got? what does the 2nd chance offer mean? Thanks.

make sure you get the sale cancelled and fees back.

Sadly I don't think you can flame a bell end buyer.

2nd chance offer means you can offer it to the next highest bidder but they can choose to buy or not.

Negative feedback.

If only you could neg. none paying highest bidders.

I have noticed the number of highest bidders backing out from sales has increased since ebay stopped sellers neg ratinging them.

Thanks for the replies. One further question, how do I get the sale cancelled and fees back?
