She's changed (physically) a lot. I agree, I'd be interesting to see the mechanisms, methods and effort etc for the change, from a fitness & physical perspective.

Interesting to see the effort required (albeit her's was condensed into an 8 week period) to get some muslces. Also noted was how "unmuscly" some of the guys looked without the fake tan/more than 10% body fat/rehydrated.

Watched the tattoo thing she did. Ended up feeling quite sorry for her. Regardless of how she looks, she's a very vulnerable person inside and quite unstable. Not sure what's driving it, but she's searching for solace in something.

As a person I think she's pretty vile, to look at much the same. She's like some sort of failed Jordan wannabe IMO.

As long as they are paying her to make TV programmes and er, bored people (?) are watching them, I'm sure she's happy.

This has been on before hasn't it? Sure I've seen it. Fair play to her, she gets the results she wants, but she is 100% lost-the-plot mental.
