Going in July to stay at the siblu site.
Anyone been?
Any mtb trails or would I be better off with the road bike?
Any recommendations of things to do locally?

I stayed near there a few years back - took a road bike and toured the villages on quiet roads. It's a bit hillier than you may think.
Didn't really look for trails so can't comment on that.
