Lets just take it as read that chilli sauce poured over large donner kebabs, with pickled chillis on, can't be bettered, shall we.
So what's your favouritest thing involving chilli, in any of its varying tongue-numbing, ear-steaming, potentially halucinagenic, or life threatening forms?
I'll start. These are floating my boat at the moment....
Fresh sardines, flat bread and harissa.
NOM!
home made chilli jam
Chilli chocolate is good!
Naga marmalade
Toilet roll ?
Eye drops?
just in everything, frozen chilli (warm not stupid hot) get thrown into the majority of our cooking... stews, soup, salad, bread... we've gotten to the point where we try a recipe and go "it's missing something... lets add a chilli"
mmmm harissa
keema madras from our local curry house (whose mild/medium curries are pretty fierce), absolutely gorgeous but guaranteed to give you washing machine stomach a couple of hours later.
Underwear drawer of a heart breaker.
