Apparently it is some sort of confidential internet. Having downloaded and opened the android app it appears to be searching for tunnels/links (very slowly) but apart from that, not much appears to be happening.
What might I expect when/if th connection are established? What may I be able to use it for?
If you don't know what it's for, why did you download it? You should get the right tools for a job, not the other way around.
It's a bit like TOR, with advantages and disadvantages over that depending what you're wanting to with it.
It's a way of extracting personal information, bank account details etc for fraudulent use. All you have to do is persuade the suckers to download an android app and you are ready to go shopping 🙂
