I initially emailed them but all I got was an auto-reply. I tried the phone number that Mr Peaksi kindly supplied. The line was engaged for over 20 minutes then eventually there was a recorded message saying their lines were all closed (at 9:42 in the morning) and that I should use the Live chat - I already tried that and very little happens; you type in the problem then get asked for your email address and that's all it does. So now I have to wait for my order to arrive and then send back the items that I ordered by mistake - it'll probably cost more to post them back than
what they are worth. What a stupid way to run a business. Perhaps they don't have many staff or perhaps this is a "One Man Outfit". I've ordered items on eBay in the past and have been able to cancel without any problem. And BTW: I still haven't had a reply to my email and no reply to the so called chat message started at 9:09 this morning - in fact it's not even been read and it's now 23:40.

Sorry about that. We are quite big, but aren’t Amazon, and once an order is placed we tend to assume it’s what people want and ship it ASAP where possible.
