The classifieds does have a qualifying periood/post count, but makes it a safer place to do business which is a big plus
AV have classified rules too, unfortunately i got a life ban for objecting to provide credentials
Sounds bad, but i was the buyer using paypal gift, couldn't see why I needed to justify anything when the seller would have the goods and my money
