[Closed] PC cd driver problem: how to fix?

Using Windows Vista Home Premium, cd/dvd drive does not read disks on HP Pavilion laptop. Through Device Manager I can see a yellow exclamation mark against the CD/DVD drive, implying driver is out of date. Any ideas how i can bring it up to date? thanks.
