[Closed] Paypal Troubles - Lifting Limits

Having sold a bike last week I have now been informed that my account has been limited as I have exceeded my limit of £1700. That must include everything sent, received and withdrawn to my bank. They asked for additional info to lift this limit which I supplied and now they want a load more business related info.. (tax status/cancelled cheques?) but I'm not a business. I tried to call but was put in a 30min+ queue.

Anyone got any advice.. I could do with the £450 quid they're holding onto!
