What can you recommend as an open source website creation/mgt program. I use Wordpress as a blog tool, which is a fantastic prog with a vast array of tools available, but I want something to create a more static non bloggy type of website.
What is the state of the art???

What environment? LAMP? how about Drupal or Joomla?

Drupal? To be honest, you will be able to do most of what you want in Wordpress, it's just about finding the right templates
