Stock answer, I know - and I haven't had any done for at least 6 months now, but I usually wait until there is a 2 for 1 or 40% off offer at Photobox and use them. No complaints for the money, even on the biggest panaoramic canvases.... equally, not tried any others either.
Prices may have changed (offers etc) but my experience is...
snapmad are good (and cheap) but only do small sizes.
uk.foto.com are very good (and quite cheap) and do all kinds of sizes.
photobox.com are similar to uk.foto.com but more expensive
I'm going to print some very large canvases next year and I've had this lot recommended to me:

Try my-picture.co.uk. A guy at work had a couple done recently, they looked pretty good to me and very cheap too.
