Ok so the feed line from the raised tank is clear a getting to the pump but not coming out through the pump. Apart from a new pump is there anything else that might be broken/control the pump? The shaft is being turned ok from the main motor. It's a Worcester B11 and the pump a Danfoss. Thanks for any pointers.

So the motor is running?

The shaft of the oil pumps sometimes shear so whilst it appears to be turning it is not. You really need an oil pressure guage connected to the pump to confirm what is happening.
