I've just installed this to call Wales on my inclusive minutes from Austria.
The phone rings on the destination phone but I hear nothing on my mobile.
It's an iPhone 6 plus running the latest ios 8 version.
The volume is full on yet I hear nothing.
What am I doing wrong? No, I won't change to Android as that's what I upgraded from.

I suspect it's worth deleting and re-downloading the app. I have a similar app (from work) which is often very good, but sometimes doesn't fully work.

Did you try asking O2? Online gurus on webchat ought to be able to sort it I guess.
