All of my Sports science teachers have decided to give our class a mass of assignments within a short space, currently I have 13 assignments sat in my in tray on my desk waiting to be completed to meet a distinction level 🙁
I am currently mid way through an assignment on practical sports and require the help of anybody who knows or undergoes indoor rowing (ergo meter rowing)*
What I need to know:
7 rules that apply to indoor rowing during a race that generalize across the whole sport and not a specific event, as well as why this rule is put in place and used.

actualy scrap that, I have decided to use the rules from UCI 4x racing, atleast one of the teachers know the rules 😀
