MegaSack DRAW - This year's winner is user - rgwb
We will be in touch
My current phone is a Samsung S5. I acquired it through work, not by choice, when my beloved HTC died. Years ago I had the original Samsung Galaxy and it was so awful that I vowed never again to have an Android phone made by Samsung, and this thing hasn't changed my mind any. It is toilet.
I've been umming and aahing over the STW-approved Moto G6 (the uprated Amazon-exclusive one). I was just about to pull the trigger on it when I tripped over the Nokia 6.1. Favourable reviews, on paper at least it batters the G6 on spec, and it's ten quid cheaper.
Am I missing something here? Any reason to avoid the Nokia? Anyone have any real-world experience with it?
Any reason to avoid the Nokia?
It'll have that bloody ringtone.
Deedle-ee -dee, Deedle-ee-dee, Deedle-ee-dee-deeeeeee. 🙁
Best reason to buy it. (-:
I bought a 6 last year, not 6.1.
Good: feels solid, no bloatware beyond vanilla android, takes a sd card so humungous storage
Bad: a bit big in the pocket, performance a bit slow
Would buy again
