Can you cycle from the Penarth Marina side of the barrage to the Norwegian Church? Cant figure out if that bridge/dockgate crossing is open. Thanks

Yep you can, it's part of my daily commute. It's occasionally closed for maintenance but there's nothing planned in the next couple of weeks.
