Any help most appreciated. Client has no idea, has fallen out with the people that created it and I have no idea (inital thought was ITC Ronda but it isn't that). (Just the bit that says 'hireradio' is the bit I am trying to identify).

I shall name it Albert. That's a nice name for a font.

Certainly looks like Ronda or Horatio, but with the e nicked from Avante Garde!

Its almost certainly been customised though.

I am on MyFonts currently scrolling through 4,500 'similar' fonts to Ronda and my eyes are going mad
AaBbCcDdEeFfGgHhIiJj

I do think it may have been customised too...

Closest I can see is ITC Serif Gothic.
But I think you're right about the customisation. No dots over the 'i' for example.

do you need a-z or just the text redrawing as a vector?
I can do the latter if need be.

I have referred this to my friend Geoff, who is the oracle on all things font-ish

looks like a bastardised font to me, i'd use blippo light as a start and then modify to suit.

or have a look at this site for lots of bauhaus style fonts

Looks custom.

I can create TTF's. If you need a custom logo, signature or the whole typeface created.

Give me a shout and I'll be happy to quote.

I used to spend hours drawing up logos for people who couldn't get hold of artwork for various reasons. If I couldn't track the font down in twenty minutes I'd just plonk a scan into Illustrator as a template then just redraw the logo, or tweak a similar looking font, having first converted to curves, of course. I used to pride myself on getting nodes in just the right place so that a curve would just pull into place. *sigh*, I really miss doing all that kind of stuff.

I really miss doing all that kind of stuff.

Still spend a lot of time doing it and enjoying every second. The only hard part is trying to charge for your time....
