Tree going up tonight so it's cheesy Xmas songs on the stereo (Mud,Slade etc) and hot spiced cider, any fave recipes before i start?

Nice touch, is a little nip of rum in the mug before you drink it...boozes it back up.

Mulled wine recipe.
Open a bottle of red wine.
Ruin it by making it mulled.
