Hi

A little help needed, I'm currently trying to get an Excel document to fit on to a single page in Word. When I copy and paste the formatting goes every where even when using source formatting option.I've managed to get the page in to landscape to make it fit but I'm buggered if it will!

Can I save a screen shot as an image then edit in paint and then add it as a picture?

Please help!

Scotty.

Just copy and paste it into word. It should be pasted into a frame that you can then resize a needed.

Or insert the excel document as an editable excel file.

What you need is Paste special / Microsoft Excel Worksheet object, this pastes it in as a resizable 'image' and retains the formatting of the original.
