somehow i've just been just been roped into making a Gantt chart for some ones project...
anyway - the template i'm working against (printout) has annotations against sections of projects for the location (multi site project) these are to the right of each section...
does anyone have any idea how i can make project do this. (yes i started using it at lunchtime today!)

Easiest way is to add text to the 'resource' column, which then appears beside the bar.
If you're going to use the resource column for proper resourcing, then right click on the bar in the gantt chart and select 'format bar', then there'll be a tab labelled bar text and you can choose the column you want the text to come from.
