We will be in touch
My brother asked if we could use another greenhouse? His mother in law had one she no longer used. 'It might be tricky to get it out of the garden' she cautioned.
No trouble, I think we can handle it.
Imagine her surprise when rather than dismantling it completely and carrying it through her garage we...

MM I'm disaapointed - surely you could have added it to the existing as an extension or made it a two storey greenhouse with stairs hand crafted from fallen branches and pixies?
😉
Nice job BTW... did it flext much as you lifted it out?

It flexed a bit as we got it over the garage roof. Not as much as clipping it on a low hanging branch coming up our drive.
The day wasn't wholly without incident.
The first Elastoplast covered my nose and mouth.
We did get some funny looks crossing the Forth Road Bridge though.

Nice one. Probably the best way to do it.
We got a greenhouse from a friend of my Father-in-Law, it came dismantled and never went back together properly.
Got any spare panes mr? I have to build a new door for ours this weekend.

With that plaster ,I don't think you had to go all the way to the Forth bridge for that. 😛 😉

A couple were broken so we are short too I'm afraid.
Fasthaggis, my brother was temporarily incapacitated with laughter when he first saw me Elastoplast. Adhesion on a four moustache was something of a challenge.
nice work McM.
I use these guys for the greenhouse panes - cheap and quick.

I need quite a few since the weather hit this winter - wife has accused me of slowly converting one of ours into a shed as I board up the broken panes till the spring.
Good work, I doubt you'd have gotten it back together so easily.
There's always room for another greenhouse
matt_outandabout - you're in Stirling aren't you?
There's a place near the sorting office - with an imaginative name for a glazing company in Stirling...

I'm already dreaming of fresh summer tomatoes.

Aye, but I was on the scrounge. 😉
Aye, but I was on the scrounge.
Scrounging is always to be applauded.
When our neighbour asked if we would like her greenhouse, hubby and friend walked the frame down our road, around a corner and up another road and down a footpath, hauling it over our garden fence.
Caused a few giggles from passers by.
