I mainly play online but a while back i finished the Museum
and hit the two red buttons and killed both rooms
But what is ment to happen as when i kill all i go back into
the rooms and the B@rstards are back again?

It's only there for a messabout, to get used to your character, and try all the weaponry that's available.
