Room service had 'three scoops of ice cream' on the menu and a list of flavours. So I asked for one of chocolate and two of vanilla. I got one bowl of three scoops of chocolate and two bowls of three scoops of vanilla. Nine scoops 😯 and they know there's only one person in the room.
Check the wardrobe to see if Richard Hammond and a film crew are watching.......

Was in a hotel overseas for my birthday a while ago. The hotel sent a cake to my room, with icing piped to say "Happy Birthday CFH" on it. Touching, thoughtful service.
I was in the hotel for one more night. On my own. The cake was about 12" in diameter. Tasted awful too. 🙂
