Does anyone have a good recipe for the new style mince pie? They're the type that has a normal pastry bottom and a Viennese style topping.
Melt in the mouth gorgeousness.

all about the pastry 50-50 lard butter and work in loads of air.

Normal pastry mix but add lightly chopped flaked almonds to the pastry
