Some one from Cwmaman died when they were in school.
wiki's right about it being a kid who committed suicide, although the phonics are from aberdare, I knew someone who went to school with both kelly jones and the kid in question

the song is about a bloke kelly knew, one day when kelly was working on his frut and veg stall this guy came up to him and asked him "what time is the next train into Cardiff" - few hours later the boy was found on the railway track.
