Just got my macbook pro, and one of the things i hadnt heard about was the fact that you have 4 times to change the drive, then its fixed..whats that about? I have some us films that are region 1, and i wanted to not be fixed to one region..isnt that normal?
Is there a fix for this?

Its been that way on every computer I have had, Mac or Windows. I am sure there are lots of 'fixes' out there

VLC might be able to play it, at least it used to ignore region codes (and allow you to skip normally unskippable bits!)

tw - you sure? the pc i had until recently i chucked in a zone 1..no probs, then zone 2 again no probs.
