Does anyone on here know how I can transfer my emails (current and archived) and my address book on Lotus Notes to either MS Outlook or Excel?
Many thanks as always

No you cannot.
Though I think you can export your address book as a CSV file, and import that to Merde Shite or similar.

If it's a life and death matter I can give you the definitive answer tomorrow.

What version of LN are you on?

Remove your PC from the desk it is sitting on.

Disconnect all extraneous cables.

Throw it from the nearest window.

Walk downstairs, and pee on the remains.

Nuke the place from orbit - it's the only way to be safe.

Really, if you can, just avoid Lotus Notes in the first place if you're a user. If you're a techie, it seems to be a meal ticket for life, though.

I don't want to destroy them but keep them.

tyger,

We used a migration tool. It was a few years ago (Notes R5), and I cannot remember the name of it, but it was simple to use once configured.

Have a look here....

Also a google search "exporting address book from lotus notes mail" throws up loads of tools.

it can be done as LN -> MS migrations are commonplace. However, I've never done it for mail.

For address book, there's an option File > Export...? Just choose one there. Or there's downloadable tools which will do it for you into MS format.
