You're gonna get wet and freeze your bollox off mate.

Still, if you find others to share your baked beans and bottle of wine with, you might be able to all huddle together and stay warm ....

I bet he's "bivvying" in one of the local watering holes.

"do the conservators allow bivvying?"
hmmm..- individual enjoying the outdoors in a manner not proscribed by the victorians... what do you think? 🙂

didn't think too hard about kit + packing TBH. sleeping bag, thermarest, wine, beans, ti pan, spoon, torch, stove, gas, lighter, chocolate, waterproof, puffa jacket. in that order.

an 80L rucksack liner for the bottom half, with a thermarest tucked in the top to do the upper half. Wrapped up in all my layers. Snug as a bug. Could have done with a hat, and did have to sleep with my head inside the rucksack for a little while during a short shower 🙂

'twas.

already planning the next one.
Got to be careful though.
Which is worse, the Mrs thinking you're having an affair when you're just sleeping on the hills, or the Mrs thinking you're nuts sleeping on the hills at night when you could be having an affair? 🙂
