Currently going up outside my back window. I'm a YIMBY, not least because it'll make it easy to judge wind direction and plan my route before I head out for a road ride 8)

Have you heard how noisy they are once they get going? 😀
Further than it looks - probably half a mile or so I'd guess. There should be another one going up before Easter too, that one will be more like a mile away.

FWIW I like them... but I wouldn't want one at the bottom of the garden.
They fail in some quite impressive ways too;
Don't worry, it'll probably be stationary most of the time 🙄
place your barbecue in the right place and you could get the freshest sliced duck / swan / sparrow / starling / goose / woodpecker, etc 😀
