I was given a Xitan battery booster by my FIL a number of years ago as he was clearing out a unit he owns.
It has two settings, Normal and Boost. I presume Normal just charges the battery and boost is to help start a vehicle with a very flat battery.
Question is, can I use this to charge a smaller 12v battery (say 30ah off a lawnmower) or is it too powerful?
Going by the guage it seems to be putting 15amps into the battery when set to Normal.
