Just tried to post on a thread from pc - told I need to log in. I did that. Tried to post again - told I need to log in. Did that. Tried to post again - told I need to log in.

Gave up, used phone to moan about it. What’s going on?

Have you tried doing the hokey-cokey and turning around?

That's what it's really all about.

@thepurist, tried to type a witty quoted reply but couldn’t log in so you’ll have to make do with this one.

Perhaps if the forum worked properly in the first place, shonky workarounds wouldn’t be needed.

God, I hate typing on a phone!!!

This isn’t happening to everyone. Maybe they are trying to tell you something... 😉

I have to do it regularly, really annoying.  One of the reasons there are fewer posts these days.

Was doing it for me a few weeks back then I clicked the link below the login box that says if youre having issues click here. Worked since.

No it didn't. So now I have to that as well every time I want to post.

Gah.

I think I get asked to log in roughly once every couple of weeks, if not once a month... I’m not exactly sure, it doesn’t happen often enough to register. That’s not on a desktop, though.

It's all part of the plan: run the forum into the ground and then privatise it for the benefit of all their crony friends

With this standard of thread awesomeness I'm kinda happy you can't log in 😉

I know, moments after I posted it I realised I'd reached a new nadir, but then I couldn't log back in to edit or delete it...
