We will be in touch
My light sabre just popped up. 😯
Oh yes.

Good to see Poe Dameron's in there- possibly favourite character from the last one!
Yeah, I enjoyed Dameron, thought he could've had more screen time.

Wasn't Darth Vader the last Jedi until Luke got trained up?
Directed by Rian Johnson who made "Brick" (haven't seen but sounded interesting) and "Looper" which I really liked! Bodes well...
There will never be a last one 🙁
Also looks like there's a whole ton of b-wings which makes me veeerrrry happy 🙂

Nah, Ben Kenobi would've been the "last one" as Vader was a Sith Lord instead. Luke then did is "Jedi for Dummies" class and they lowered the pass mark in the exams to let him in

It would have actually been Yoda...
Yoda was th last one is we're saying Luke was only a token Jedi.
I thought the trailer was ace.

Goddammit!
EDIT: I'm claiming he was on a sabbatical

Well there was Ben and Yoda.
Neat.
@Alphabet - Yoda outlived Obi Wan and lived long enough to give Luke his 2 week crash course.
Darth Vader was a Sith Lord, although I don't remember him passing an entrance exam in Revenge of the Sith just lopped off Count Dooku's head.
When Yoda died Luke became the last Jedi. Considering Luke's meant to be the bright hope of the Jedi, he's not doing a great job IMHO allowing the dark side arise whilst he grows a beard and no doubt bakes artisan bread on Craggy Island.
However Rey may become the Last Jedi, or Luke and Rey are the Last Jedi, all will possibly be revealed, or not as episode IX will follow. Knowing how the trailers for Rogue One meant his line probably got mangled and missed the last bit off 'Jedi end... up being picked last for nerf herding'...
Yoda outlived Obi Wan and lived long enough to give Luke his 2 week crash course.
Except it wasn't. He didn't become a Jedi until The Return of the Jedi.
Mimicking the first trilogy, the middle one where the jedi gets trained and sets it all up for the third one with the bigger fight and the final showdown. Expect Rey to lose a limb? & wouldn't be surprised if Luke met his end at the hands of Rey's twin.
I'm sure I read that as long as there are Jedi, there will be Sith.
Maybe Luke will really be the last Jedi - destroy Emo kid and 12ft hologram before shuffling off himself like Obi Wan destroying the Jedi and Sith forever and forfilling his prophecy to bring order to the force.
@Drac Yoda dies in Return too - Luke goes back to him after the events of Empire says "I want to complete my training" Yoda says "I'm knackered, let's call it done" Luke's A Jedi, Yoda evaporates.
wouldn't be surprised if Luke met his end at the hands of Rey's twin.
I don't remember Leia bumping off Obi-Wan Kenobi the first time round...
But not before episode 9 otherwise that one will just be a big party sequence on Endor with the Ewoks. Still it would be better than the Phantom Menace...
whilst he grows a beard and no doubt bakes artisan bread on Craggy Island.
*actually Jinsy
Can someone remind me what happens to Kylo Ren(?) at the end of TFA?
He got a space taxi off the Death Star.

Rey sliced his chops, the ground split and that was that.
that was rather underwhelming
In case you need bringing up to speed:
So the red writing....in the clone wars series a few episodes have red writing, I think its the ones where maul and his bro hook up together and get killed by Palpatine...nkt sure what the significance is for this film.
Probably none, they just like red.
I love how nerds get all over this stuff and disect the hell out of it for hidden meaning. #canon
The first Force Awakens trailer made me want to rock out, this one's just quite good.
Considering Luke's meant to be the bright hope of the Jedi, he's not doing a great job IMHO allowing the dark side arise whilst he grows a beard and no doubt bakes artisan bread on Craggy Island.
Brilliant!
Well it can't be any worse than The Farce Awakens, can it?
And the teaser is released on good friday - synchronisity, co-incidence or....something else?
Good triumphs over evil; sacrifices must be made; light overcomes darkness
Yeah, Easter, shittiest zombie movie ever...
