Had one about 10 weeks ago, feels fine day to day and have started getting first bike rides back in. All fine.
It still feels tight however and uncomfortable in a deep squat, obviously I'm going to ask the Physio about this but wondered what other peoples experiences were?

Light flexing exercises to build up strength. Stop on any discomfort. Shuld have been given a exercise sheet to follow.

Deep squats were something I was told not to do initially - I think there's a risk of overloading bits that haven't recovered, but I think I was OK by 10 weeks. What did you have done? (arthroscopy is just the way they got at it)
