Any tech-savvy folks know if you can only upload content to the device via Amazon, so would essentially to buy films/ music that we already have to put it on the Kindle?
Pretty sure you can upload to the Kindle from your computer as well as download from Amazon. I haven't tried it yet mind, but can't see any reason why it shouldn't!
If I can find my partners Fire HD I will have a go. She is sleeping off the lurgy in bed at the moment so I am not sure where it is hiding!
(It is very nice though, and I am having substantial envy!)
Thanks, the obvious place to look! Also have the lurgy today.. I have two, unopened for our kids' Christmas pressies, so wanted to check before 'testing' them..
