I saw a couple pushing their toddler in a three wheeler buggy at the weekend and I wish I'd asked them where the buggy was from coz I now can't find it on the net.

It had big spoked wheels, like 20", with skinny road tyres and a seemingly lightweight frame. It looked just the thing for running behind with jnr in the front.

Anyone got seen one? Or got any ideas what it might be? It didn't look likt the type you can also tow behind your bike, not a chriot, more an ordinary buggy fwd facing position for jnr, just with massive wheels

TIA

Chariot Cougar?

Best thing ever in which to push one kid or especially two, plus it's a bike trailer with suspension. You can also get castors for the front to make it into a pushchair.

Fab, but sodding expensive.

We've got a baby jogger. Very smooth (wheels and suspension I mean) and good off road. Recommended.

I can't praise the Chariot enough. One of those things that is expensive but you don't regret buying it at all. It rolls brilliantly, is superbly easy to handle and the double is smaller and better in use than almost any other I reckon. It has a baby sling for tiny babes, a support for older ones and a normal 5 pointer for toddlers.

I should come clean though - I had someone smuggle mine over from the US so it was significantly cheaper!

We've got the 'normal' Babyjogger Performance:

It looks like they are either out of stock for the year or stopped making that model - which is a shame. Better hood for UK weather, stronger wheels etc. Worth looking out for 2nd hand. It is just about as easy-rolling as the 25th anniversary one currently on sale. Ours has done hundreds of miles and a half marathon as well as mucho cross country and looks as good as when we bought it.

These are great and specifically designed for running. http://www.bobgear.com/ironman ]http://www.bobgear.com/ironman
They fold away quite small, are light, have some good accessories and work well. I could run 45km while my lad would snooze and chat.
