£59 last week for 3min check up, at least this one does scale & polish my teeth as part of that

I hate it but at least I can get in quick if they hurt (or randomly fall out).

Ah, dentists. I’ll just numb you up, waits a bit, starts drilling, arggh. Oh you need another jab! Still bloody hurts, then half an hour later it’s like I’ve had a stroke and my eyelids are numb.

Imagine same events, but it's your vasectomy....

You're probably not going to believe this but the one I have to fit the new crown actually is 2:30!

And even then the Doc is struggling to get one tied off so suggests sending you home, and I quote Doc, 'half cock'....

Dental hygienists love jabbing pieces of sharp metal into your gums, then telling you that your gums are bleeding.

Was at the dentist on Wednesday for a replacement filling. two 'sharp scratches' 20 minutes of drilling and filling, No pain, see you in a year and that’ll be £18.88.

When I've needed more urgent appointments it's normally next day or on occasion the same day.

Makes me wonder who does own the Porsche GT4 RS in the dentists carpark....and then I see all of the dental aesthetics, botox etc posters in the surgery..

If they were that incompetent they'd get the sack.

I had a 2:30 appointment a couple of years back.  It fell out of my mouth before my brain could stop it and I immediately felt like a ****.  (Well, more so than usual.)  They must hear that 'joke' at least daily.
