Anyone have any solutions to getting music off your iPhone and iPod back onto iTunes after losing it all on the computer??? I know I should have backed up but didn't have that much on it. Any suggestions greatfully received!!!

Re-install iTunes and then connect your iPod - making sure you 'tick' the correct options and the music will re-appear.
Next time, backup the files.
But check to see where or not its still on the HD.
