I use a Mac and send all my emails from it.

However just recently when sending emails to my Dad who uses Windows any emails with pictures do not get through to him. His mail package is Windows Mail.

Any thoughts? I have checked all of his spam/junk settings etc and still no joy.

Are you sure they're leaving your end? Check Outbox / Drafts.

Are they very large images (file size), or are you sending empty emails just with the pictures on? Either of those could be rejected by the ISP.

Try sending to someone else, or sending the same thing from a different address, or a different computer, see if you can narrow down which end the problem lies.

Can your dad check his email using a website? Eg, if he's using Gmail and it's been flagged as junk, it'll be in the visible via webmail in the junk folder on the server but a POP3 client will never bother to download it.

They are leaving my end as i have sent the same ones to other people.

The images are reduced in size too.

Emails have a title and content.

Of course my Dad being 70 says it is my fault! 🙁

Can you CC another address to see if it is you or him.

EDIT sounds like you have done that

It's weird, I have tried from both my email addresses and to both of my Dad's and to no avail.

Plain emails without attachments work fine. Even one i sent last week with a link worked.

Thanks Cougar, just waiting for my dad to call me back now.

Anyone know how to access BT emails via the web as my Dad is not to sure?

Thanks Cougar

All sorted now, as you said it was being held as junk/spam on the webmail page.

Thanks 😀
