No not for me, purchasing from eBay then linked to Paypal login doesn't work for me. I've mailed Paypal but they've just sent guff about forgotten passwords, which is ridiculous.
I wait for a fix.

I purchased 2 things on eBay and payed PayPal an hour ago. Worked fine
