Two fried eggs beteewn two slices of lightly buttered Hovis. Salt and pepper to taste. Next problem - how to stop the yolk running down my chin.

Rule 142: It is never too late for a fried egg butty.
Rule 142(ii): Waste any of the delicious golden vitellus, especially down the chin, and consider going vegan. You're not worthy.

its never too late for a fried egg butty, just finished mine, with two rashers of smoky streaked bacon 🙂

I've had one of these every day this week! I can make the whole thing in the time it takes the kettle to boil for the accompanying cuppa
