Lance Armstrong seems pleased by this but I'm frankly concerned. 15 million nicotine starved Iraqi blokes can't be a good thing surely?

Should make it easier for the Americans if they go to war.
They'll be able to home in on the morning coughing fits with their drones.
And, if we are to be believed about the slimming effect of fags, they will be too fat to run away, so they may just be able to hit enemy targets rather than our lads.

They need to stop people blowing each other up 1st!
But I don't expect them to have decent healthcare should anyone have lung probs.
