[Closed] Inconsiderate Dog Owners.....

Somebody is letting their dog foul the pavement right outside our front gate. Its happened three mornings in a row now. F@*cking fed up with it, apparently I'm not allowed to put up a camera according to the nice police lady and also said its the councils jurisdiction and not the polices. Now I have to sit up from the crack of dawn to try and catch them doing it. They must know full well we have kids and know the effects dog s?£t can have on their health. Slightly worried about what I might do to the w@&nker when I catch them.
